Gomez est malheureusement un bel exemple typique du résultat de la stupidité humaine. Une fois rendu grand (il a maintenant environ un an), Gomez a été jeté dans la rue comme une vulgaire guenille. Le problème? Pas la motivation ni l'argent pour s'occuper du chat devenu grand alors hop, à la ruelle, non opéré et sans point de repère. Heureusement, une voisine scandalisée l'a vue faire et lui a dit sa façon de penser et a trouvé une petite place temporaire dans son appartement pour lui. Maintenant opéré, vacciné et en pleine santé, il est prêt à partir pour une vraie bonne famille avec qui il pourra vieillir en sécurité! Sa famille d'accueil temporaire n'a que de bons mots lui et ne comprend pas comment quelqu'un pourrait vouloir s'en débarrasser de cette façon. Il est bien élevé, attachant, s'adapte facilement. Il aime même les chiens!

Octobre 2007: Gomez a fait un grand honneur à tous les membres du RSA en se méritant le 1er prix catégorie ''chat domestique'' à la compétition féline de St-Jean-Richelieu! Félicitations à notre champion!


Gomez is sadly a perfect example of human stupidity! After reaching his adult size (he is now about a year old), his family tossed him out into the street like an old rag, blaming the high expenses of caring for an adult cat. Luckily, a scandalized neighbour saw this happen and found a temporary place for him in her home. He has now been neutered, vaccinated, is in good health and is ready to move into a new adoptive home where he will be able to grow old in complete security. His foster home has only positive words for him. He is a good cat, very attaching and adapts easily to changes. He even likes dogs.
