Cachou est arrivé au Réseau Secours Animal en janvier 2023 après avoir été sorti d'une maison avec plusieurs chats non stérilisés. Cachou a l'habitude de vivre avec des humains dans une maison. Il a malheureusement été le papa de beaucoup de chatons avant de trouver une personne ayant le bien-être des chats à coeur qui a pris l'initiative de le faire stériliser. Cachou est par la suite atterri au refuge dans l'optique d'y trouver une famille. C'est un chat très gentil qui a déjà séduit plusieurs de nos bénévoles! Il aime l'attention, mais est aussi capable d'être indépendant. Il aime jouer comme il est encore jeune, mais n'a pas non plus l'énergie d'un chaton! Il se laisse caresser sans problème et la manipulation n'est pas difficile avec lui. C'est vraiment un bon chat. Il semble bien cohabiter avec les autres chats du refuge et pourrait facilement vivre avec des enfants. Cachou est un chat adulte donc les frais d'adoption pour lui sont de 270$. Il est stérilisé, vacciné et micropucé. Il est négatif pour le virus de l'immunodéficience féline (VIF) et pour la leucose féline (FeLV). Des assurances santé de 6 semaines viennent avec son adoption. Vous pourrez avoir recours à l'aide de l'équipe des adoptions aussi longtemps que vous en aurez besoin. Vous avez aussi droit, dans le premier mois suivant l'adoption, à une consultation vidéo de 30 minutes gratuite avec notre consultante en comportement félin FelineGood ( https://www.felinegood.ca ).

Cachou arrived at the Animal Rescue Network in January 2023 after being taken from a home with several unneutered cats. Cachou is used to living with humans in a house. Unfortunately, he was the father of many kittens before he found a person who cared about cats and took the initiative to have him neutered. Cachou subsequently ended up in the shelter in order to find a family. He is a very sweet cat who has already won over many of our volunteers! He loves attention, but is also capable of being independent. He likes to play as he is still young, but does not have the energy of a kitten either! He can be stroked without any problem and handling is not difficult with him. He is a really good cat. He seems to cohabit well with the other cats in the shelter and could easily live with children. Cachou is an adult cat so the adoption fees for him are $270. He is sterilized, vaccinated and microchipped. He tested negative for the feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) and for the feline leukaemia virus (FeLV). Health insurances are offered for the first 6 weeks following adoption. You will also have access to the help of the adoption team as long as you need it.
