Kharkiv est arrivé au Réseau Secours Animal en mars 2022 après avoir été trouvé errant à Anjou. Le pauvre Kharkiv n'était pas en très bon état, mais il se faisait nourrir depuis sa plus tendre enfance par des gens du quartier. Arrivé au refuge, il a repris du poil de la bête et va maintenant beaucoup mieux! Il est porteur du virus de l'immunodéficience féline (VIF). Pour plus d'information sur le VIF:  https://www.veterinairesaucanada.net/documents/virus-de-immunodeficience-feline-fiv Malgré cela, il est en bonne santé et peut vivre une belle et longue vie. Il a reçu des soins dentaires pour avoir le plus beau sourire au moment de son adoption! Il s'entend bien avec les autres chats du refuge donc il pourrait bien vivre avec d'autres chats. Il pourrait aussi vivre avec des enfants s'ils sont assez vieux pour bien comprendre comment interagir avec les chats. Kharkiv était un chat assez timide dans ses débuts, mais avec beaucoup de travail, de patience et d'amour il a réussi à nous faire confiance. Il vient maintenant nous accueillir à la porte et se roule sur le dos pour plus de câlins! Son poil est maintenant soyeux et c'est un plaisir de le flatter. Kharkiv est curieux et se cherche une famille qui sera assez généreuse pour lui offrir une chance. Kharkiv aime se faire prendre dans nos bras et ronronne très fort !  Kharkiv est un chat adulte donc les frais d'adoption pour lui sont de 270$. Il est stérilisé, vacciné et  micropucé. Il est positif pour le virus de l'immunodéficience féline (VIF), mais négatif pour la leucose féline (FeLV). Des assurances santé de 6 semaines viennent avec son adoption. Vous pourrez avoir recours à l'aide de l'équipe des adoptions aussi longtemps que vous en aurez besoin. Vous avez aussi droit, dans le premier mois suivant l'adoption, à une consultation vidéo de 30 minutes gratuite avec notre consultante en comportement félin FelineGood ( https://www.felinegood.ca ).

He received dental care in order to have the most beautiful smile at the time of his adoption! He gets along well with the other cats in the shelter so he could live with other cats. He could also live with children if they are old enough to understand how to interact with cats properly. Kharkiv was a rather shy cat in the beginning, but with a lot of hard work, patience and love he managed to trust us. He now comes to greet us at the door and rolls onto his back for more cuddles! His coat is now silky and it is a pleasure to pet him. Kharkiv is curious and is looking for a family that will be generous enough to give him a chance. Kharkiv liked to be held in our arms and purrs really loudly! Kharkiv is an adult cat so the adoption fees for him are $270. He is sterilized, vaccinated and microchipped. He is positive for the feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) but negative for the feline leukaemia virus (FeLV). Health insurances are offered for the first 6 weeks following adoption. You will also have access to the help of the adoption team as long as you need it.
