Gargantua a été sauvé de l'euthanasie par Sauvetage Animal en septembre 2021 avant d'arriver au Réseau Secours Animal. Sa famille voulait le faire euthanasier puisqu'il avait eu des problèmes de comportement. Heureusement, Sauvetage Animal est arrivé à temps et Gargantua a pu être transféré chez nous. Au refuge, il n'a aucun problème de comportement. C'est un chat très calme qui préfère se tenir à l'écart plutôt que d'être au centre de l'action. C'est un chat très massif puisqu'il fait 7.5 kgs! Il a besoin d'une famille qui le comprendra et lui offrira l'environnement dont il a besoin pour se sentir bien. Il ne s'entend pas bien avec les autres chats, donc il est souvent de mauvaise humeur au refuge et a très hâte de se trouver une famille pour lui seul! Il est assez indépendant, mais ne dit jamais non quand on vient lui apporter des câlins. Son activité préférée est de faire la sieste! C'est sûr aussi qu'il n'est pas indifférent aux gâteries qu'on peut lui apporter! Gargantua a 6 ans, donc les frais d'adoption pour lui sont de 270$. Il est stérilisé, vacciné et micropucé. Il a été testé négatif pour le virus de l'immunodéficience féline (VIF) et pour la leucose féline (FeLV). Des assurances santé de 6 semaines viennent avec son adoption. Gargantua was rescued from euthanasia by Animal Rescue in September 2021 before arriving at  the Animal Rescue Network. At the shelter, he has no behavioral problems. He is a very calm cat who prefers to stay out of the way rather than be in the center of the action. He is a very massive cat since he is 7.5 kgs! He needs a family that will understand him and offer him the environment he needs to feel good. He doesn't get along well with other cats so he is often not in a good mood at the shelter and he can't wait to find a home just for himself. He is quite independent, but never says no when you come to cuddle him. His favorite activity is napping! It is also sure that he is not indifferent to the treats we can bring him! Gargantua is 6 years old so the adoption fees for him are $270. He is sterilized, vaccinated and microchipped. He tested negative for the feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) and for the feline leukaemia virus (FeLV). Health insurances are offered for the first 6 weeks following adoption.
