Zara est très attachante avec sa personnalité curieuse, exploratrice et qui ne se lasse jamais de recevoir des caresses.  Ces aspects de son tempérament n’étaient pas du tout visibles quand elle est arrivée dans sa famille d’accueil.  Étant née à l’extérieur, elle n’avait jamais voulu approcher un humain avant sa capture au printemps 2021.  Après quelques semaines d’adaptation, la personnalité épicurienne de Zara l’a incité à se tourner vers l’humain qui prenait soin d’elle pour recevoir les plaisirs et l’amour dont elle a besoin. Malgré son besoin de contact, Zara est de tempérament très nerveux.  Dès qu’il y a une présence inhabituelle, elle sursaute et va se cacher.  Toutefois, elle est dorénavant habituée à la vie d’une maison et aux bruits des humains qui y vivent.  Zara vient dès que son humain favori l’appelle.  Elle est toujours prête à jouer, à recevoir des gâteries, ou à faire une longue séance de câlins. Zara adore rencontrer de nouveaux chats, et son tempérament sociable lui permet de vivre en harmonie avec eux.  Zara est plus craintive fasse aux nouveaux humains qu’elle rencontre.  Sa famille adoptive devra être patiente avec elle, le temps de s’habituer à son nouvel environnement et poursuivre sa socialisation. Zara n'est pas un bon match pour une famille avec des enfants. Zara a 10 mois, donc les frais d'adoption pour elle sont de 325$. Elle est stérilisée, vaccinée, micropucée, mais n'est pas testée pour le VIF (SIDA félin) ni le FeLV (leucémie féline). Ainsi, sa famille devra l'adopter peu importe importe son potentiel statut et l'aimer ainsi. Des assurances santé de 6 semaines viennent avec l'adoption. Zara is very engaging with her curious, exploratory personality and never tires of being petted.  These aspects of her temperament were not at all apparent when she arrived in her foster home.  Being born outside, she had never wanted to approach a human until she was captured in the spring of 2021.  After a few weeks of adjustment, Zara's epicurean personality prompted her to turn to the human who cared for her to receive the pleasures and love she needed. Despite her need for contact, Zara has a very nervous disposition.  As soon as there is an unusual presence, she jumps and goes to hide.  However, she is now accustomed to the life of a house and the sounds of the humans who live there.  Zara comes whenever her favorite human calls.  She is always ready to play, get treats, or have a long cuddle session. Zara loves to meet new cats, and her sociable nature allows her to live in harmony with them.  Zara is more fearful of new humans she meets.  Her adoptive family will need to be patient with her as she gets used to her new environment and they will need to continue socializing her. Zara is not a good fit for a family with children. Zara is 10 months old so the adoption fees for her are $325. She is sterilized, vaccinated, microchipped but she is not tested for FIV (feline AIDS) and FeLV (feline leukaemia). Therefore, her family will need to adopt her no matter her potential status and love her as she is. Health insurances are offered for the first 6 weeks following adoption.
