Après sa capture au printemps dernier, la belle et gracieuse Nelly n’a pas du tout apprécié devoir côtoyer des humains.  Elle a mis un certain temps à accepter d'être approchée par sa famille d’accueil.  Toutefois, avec son tempérament plutôt calme, elle a su comprendre les avantages de sa nouvelle vie : les jeux, les gâteries et surtout les caresses des humains.  Nelly adore maintenant venir rejoindre son humain favori et demander des caresses quand il regarde la télé, ou au réveil le matin. Nelly aime le jeu, elle aime les gâteries et elle a besoin de recevoir sa dose quotidienne d’attention et de câlins.  Elle n’est jamais très loin de son humain favori et arrive en courant dès qu’on l’appelle.  Elle adore par dessus tout se placer à la fenêtre pour surveiller les écureuils qui la narguent à l’extérieur.  Malgré sa belle adaptation à la vie d’intérieur, Nelly se cache quand il y a des visiteurs ou s’il y a beaucoup de mouvement dans la maison. Ainsi, sa famille adoptive devra faire preuve de patience avec elle dans les premières semaines d’adoption. Son tempérament calme lui permet de vivre avec d’autres chats en harmonie. Nelly ne sera pas un bon match pour une famille avec des enfants. Nelly a 10 mois, donc les frais d'adoption pour elle sont de 325$. Elle est stérilisée, vaccinée, micropucée, mais n'est pas testée pour le VIF (SIDA félin) ni le FeLV (leucémie féline). Ainsi, sa famille devra l'adopter peu importe importe son potentiel statut et l'aimer ainsi. Des assurances santé de 6 semaines viennent avec l'adoption. Nelly loves to play, she loves treats and she needs her daily dose of attention and cuddles.  She is never far from her favorite human and comes running when called.  She loves to stand at the window to watch the squirrels that taunt her outside.  Despite her good adaptation to indoor life, Nelly hides when there are visitors or if there is a lot of movement in the house. Thus, her adoptive family will need to be patient with her in the first few weeks of adoption. Her calm temperament allows her to live with other cats in harmony. Nelly would not be a great fit for a family with kids. Nelly is 10 months old so the adoption fees for her are $325. She is sterilized, vaccinated, microchipped but she is not tested for FIV (feline AIDS) and FeLV (feline leukaemia). Therefore, her family will need to adopt her no matter her potential status and love her as she is. Health insurances are offered for the first 6 weeks following adoption.
