Le beau Rambo a été trouvé errant et très mal en point. La vie dans la rue a été dure avec lui, cela se voyait à travers son état lamentable. Son pelage était complètement mêlé et sale, il souffrait de rhino et de stomatite grave (maladie de la bouche avec de nombreuses complications), en plus d'être FIV (virus d'immunodéficience féline) et d'avoir un diabète léger. Il a fallu beaucoup de visites chez le vétérinaire, des interventions et des médicaments pour le remettre sur ses pattes. Ses dents restantes ont dû être extraites, et comme la stomatite continue à le rendre inconfortable, il doit prendre des médicaments contre la douleur. Sa glycémie devait être bien surveillée, et sa nourriture devait être adaptée, pour éviter que le diabète ne s'aggrave. À travers tous ces obstacles, Rambo a toujours été patient, doux et résilient. Il a été ajouté au programme de parrainage pour que ses besoins soient supportés. Maintenant, Rambo ne fait plus de diabète et a simplement besoin de nourriture adaptée à ses besoins, il est maintenant prêt pour adoption! Sa glycémie doit quand même être surveillée tous les jours et il reçoit des fluides sous-cutanés. Il est un chat doux qui a besoin d'une famille aimante. Il a besoin de bouger afin de perdre son surplus de poids!

The handsome Rambo was found in the streets in a poor state. It was obvious that this lifestyle was hard on his health. His coat was really matted and dirty, he had rhino and a bad case of stomatitis (mouth disease with many complications), he had FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus), and early stages of diabetes. He had to visit the vet on many occasions, he had interventions and took plenty of medication in order to get back to health. His remaining teeth all had to be removed, and since the stomatitis was still bothering him, he had to be put on regular medication to help him with the pain. His sugar level had to be monitored regularly and he had to be on a special diet in order to control his diabetes. Through all these challenges, Rambo always remained patient, sweet and resilient. He was added to the sponsoring program to help with all his needs. Now, Rambo does not suffer from diabetes anymore and he simply needs special food adapted to his needs, he is now ready for adoption! His glycemia still needs to be tested daily and he takes subcutaneous fluids. He is a sweet cat who needs a good loving home. He needs to move in order to loose his excess weight!
