Adèle était dans une famille d'accueil à Québec, pour un autre refuge qui malheureusement a dû fermer ses portes. Ne trouvant aucune famille pour la vie pour elle étant donné qu'elle est porteuse du FIV, sa gentille famille d'accueil a fait le trajet jusqu'à Montréal pour nous l'apporter comme nous sommes un refuge sans euthanasie. Adèle a 4 ans et est la maman de Bretzels qui a, lui, 2 ans (aussi disponible pour adoption). Adèle est maintenant assez confortable avec nous, mais elle reste timide. Elle demandera beaucoup de temps pour s'acclimater et prendre confiance. Une collaboration étroite devra donc avoir lieu avec l'équipe des adoptions et notre consultante en comportement félin. Elle a besoin d'une famille douce, patiente et prête à travailler avec elle! 

Elle cherche une famille sans enfants ni chiens.

Adèle was in a foster family in Quebec city, under another shelter's juridiction who unfortunately had to close its doors. The foster family couldn't find a forever home for her considering she carries FIV, so they drove to Montreal in order to bring her to us since we are a no-kill shelter. Adèle is 4 years old and she is Bretzels' mom! Bretzel is a 2 years old male (also available for adoption). Adèle is now pretty comfortable with us but she stays timid. She will need a lot of time getting used to her new forever home. A tight collaboration with our adoption team and our cat behaviour consultant will need to be done. She needs a gentle, patient family who is ready to work with her!

She is looking for a home without young children or dogs.
