​Velours is the sweetest and the kindest cat. He wants to be pet all time and the family who will adopt him will be very lucky!  He carries the feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV), but he is so sweet that he is not a danger to your other cats. Who is going to be the lucky one!

Good with Cats

Special Needs: Velours has FIV. The feline AIDS virus is only transmissible between cats, so you have nothing to fear for you and your other pets. The cats that carry this virus may never show symptoms especially if their diet and environment are wholesome. Velours est porteur du FIV (Sida félin). Malgré cela, il est en bonne santé et ce virus n'est nullement transmissible aux humains. Il ne se transmet qu'entre chats. N'ayez donc aucune crainte pour vous-même ou pour vos autres animaux. Les chats atteints de FIV peuvent vivent une vie tout à fait normale pendant de nombreuses années.
