Tchoupi est un gros nounours dans le corps d’un chat. Il a une personnalité tellement attachante que la jeune dame qui en prenait soin à l’extérieur était désespérée de lui dire au revoir pour le confier à sa famille d’accueil. Bien qu’il était errant, Tchoupi est doux comme un agneau, tant avec les autres chats qu’avec les humains. Depuis qu’il apprit à jouer, il est insatiable et demande continuellement à sa famille d’accueil de jouer avec lui. Il ADORE les calins et il le démontre avec des roulades et des ronronnements. Il faut préciser toutefois que son passé de chat errant se voit par ses sursauts de peur pour chaque son inhabituel ou geste brusque. Mais ça ne dure qu’un instant puis il est prêt à reprendre ses jeux. Sa famille d’accueil poursuit sa socialisation pour lui donner le courage d’adopter le sofa quand les humains s’y trouvent, ou pour qu’il acquière davantage confiance en lui. 

Bien que Tchoupi ait une crainte naturelle des humains inconnus, il devient sociable en peu de temps (moins de 24 heures avec sa famille d’accueil), dès qu’il comprend l’absence de danger. Avec son tempérament doux, pacifique et joueur, son environnement idéal serait une famille où il y a un autre chat. Tchoupi est un chat qui parait discret au premier abord, mais qui devient rapidement exceptionnel dès qu’il a pu établir un lien de confiance avec les humains qui l’entourent. Il sait faire fondre les cœurs des humains qui croisent sa route.

Tchoupi is a big teddy bear in the body of a cat. He has such an endearing personality that the young lady who was taking care of him outside was heartbroken to say goodbye to entrust him to his foster family. Even though he was a stray, Tchoupi is as gentle as a lamb with other cats and humans alike. Since he learned how to play, he’s been insatiable and continuously begs his foster family to play with him. HE LOVES getting pet and lets it show with his little trills and purrs. However, it should be noted that his past as a stray can be seen in his jolts of fear when faced with unusual sounds and sudden movements. But this only lasts an instant, and then he’s ready to get back to playing. His foster family continues to socialize him to give him the courage to come on the couch when humans are there, too, and for him to gain more confidence in himself. 

 
Although Tchoupi has a natural fear of unknown humans, it only takes a little time for him to become sociable (less than 24 hours with his foster family), as soon as he understands that there isn’t any danger. With his sweet, peaceful, and playful temperament, his ideal environment would be a family with another cat. Tchoupi is a cat who seems shy at first, but who quickly becomes exceptional as soon as he establishes trust with the humans around him.
